Ingredients
- 250g wheel camembert cheese
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons Due Vittorie Oro balsamic vinegar *
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Place camembert in a baking dish (with a lip in case it spreads); cheese bakers work great for this purpose.
- Meanwhile prepare strawberries- combine sliced strawberries, sugar, and balsamic. Stir well to combine. Set aside to macerate for about 30 minutes.
- Place camembert in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- Spoon generous portion of balsamic macerated strawberries over the camembert.
- Serve with your favourite crackers.
