Ingredients

  • 250g wheel camembert cheese
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Due Vittorie Oro balsamic vinegar *

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Place camembert in a baking dish (with a lip in case it spreads); cheese bakers work great for this purpose.
  2. Meanwhile prepare strawberries- combine sliced strawberries, sugar, and balsamic. Stir well to combine. Set aside to macerate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Place camembert in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  4. Spoon generous portion of balsamic macerated strawberries over the camembert.
  5. Serve with your favourite crackers.
