We are often asked to write out our salad dressing so have decided to publish the recipe here;
Ingredients
Makes 1/2 cup
1/3 cup Azzuro Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 heaped tsp Dijon Mustard
1 clove garlic crushed
pinch of rock salt
ground black pepper to taste
1 tsp Oro Gold balsamic vinegar
Method
Put all ingredients in a small jar and then shake it vigorously (making sure the lid is on and secure first). When it has sufficiently emulsified pour it into a small jug for pouring over the salad. The balsamic gives the dressing a lovely nutty flavour.
