- 200 g of fresh tuna
- 1 Avocado (chopped)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp Tuscan Blend extra virgin olive oil
- Due Vittorie Oro balsamic vinegar
- sesame seeds
Dice the tuna into 10mm cubes. Combine tuna, avocado, salt, white pepper, olive oil and sesame seeds.
Place the mix in a cup and flip the cup upside down on a plate, and gently pull to remove the ingredients. Drizzle with Due Vittorie Oro balsamic and serve with toasted bread.
