2018 season gets under way.

On Sunday Silke & Werner picked a small batch of olives for the test run through the Azzuro Olive Mill. Yesterday Pablo and I put that batch through the mill and produced our first batch of 2018 olive oil. We will bottle this unfiltered and offer it exclusively in the Azzuro Epicurean store on Waiheke Island.

The fruit on the trees is looking good and so we are shaping up for an early start before Easter.
