Due Vittorie Balsamic Trio
The Balsamic vinegars in the Trio are all natural and without added caramel, colouring agents, preservatives or sulphites. They are made exclusively from wine vinegar and grape must grown in the Emelia Romagna region of Modena, Italy.
Argento 250ml
The first sip of Argento, a 6 year equivalent balsamic, will tell you that this is a classic flavour with a moderately tart aroma. You will taste its pungent character and can rely on the fact that there is no caramel or other additives in this balsamic.
Famiglia 250ml
This balsamic will immediately convey the taste sensations that will blow your mind with the possibilities. Most people say it tastes like port. They know it is something special.
The dark amber colour, the intense aroma, the flavour which is a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, the thickness and the clarity, make it a unique balsamic vinegar which distinguishes each dish with the excellence and quality of its land of origin.
Each time it is used, the dark brown liquid melts down the sides of the glass bottle, until spilling out, drop after drop onto the dish and enriching it.
